• Without permission, individual are not allow to dismantle the product.
• Ensure the power supply been switch off before proceed for any installation or repairing works.
Warranty Condition:
• Product Warranty for 60 months upon ex-factory.
• Our company will maintain the right to either repair, parts replacement or products exchange during the quality warranty period.
Below conditions are not under warranty condition:
• During transportation causing the damage.
• During installation or use, due to human error or misused causing the damage.
• Dismantle the product causing the damage.
• No purchase order document provided.
• Input voltage higher than power supply specification.
• Improper installation.
• Natural disaster such as Earthquake, Typhoon, Lightning and fire causing the product damage.
